Stroud defat Whitminster to take Junior K.O. Cup 2011

Ali Bell was the Stroud hero as his unbeaten 106 saw Stroud to a convincing victory over a plucky Whitminster team at Frocester. Bell, who could have been out LBW without scoring if an appeal had been made, was in belligerent form hitting all Whitminster bowlers around the park. Our thanks go to Frocester for hosting the final, Nogger Hawkins for his organisation of the competition and Alan Hunt of Thrupp Tyres for his continued sponsorship and for being on hand to present the medals.
